Real Estate Agents are a dime a dozen. They all claim to stand out but it's difficult to actually do it. It seems like an industry where you just go with someone you know because it doesn't really matter anyway, they're all going to do the same thing. At least that's what I thought. There was no waiting for days or even hours to here back from him. If I need to sell a house in the future and he is license in that area, I'm calling him.
