What realtor walks in to a house, with you, and says " Nope, this isn't for you!", before you can say anything! She was always right! It cld be a 400k or a 700k house, she knows! She bends over backwards to accommodate the clients schdule, always, even if it means ruining her weekend! With Julie, it's not about selling a house, its about finding a house you love. Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.
