We had an excellent experience with Marcus and Mike and highly recommend them as an agent to sell your home. We felt very comfortable with Marcus and Mike from the first day we met them. Other agents we interviewed told us what they thought we wanted to hear but Marcus and Mike were forthright, clear and looking out for our best interest right from the start. They gave great advice about getting our home in the best condition before listing it for sale, shared detailed market analysis to help us arrive at the best price to list and knew the conditions of the market to know we would get higher than our list price even before the house hit the market. We appreciated their clear communication style and walking us through the process and contracts, so we had a clear understanding of all terms and conditions before making decisions. Selling our home was a big decision for us and they both made it as enjoyable and smooth as we could have ever wanted.

I used Lisa to find a rental back in Nov 2024 as well as to purchase a home in 2025. She was amazing to work with and I would recommend her to anyone. She was not only patient with me and all my questions, but professional and extremely helpful. I always felt like I was a priority to her and not just a number or a paycheck. It's clear that others share this opinion of Lisa in reading her reviews on other sites. The only person that seems to have an issue with Lisa is Gina Rich, but her review is including a lot of details that in my opinion have nothing to do with Lisa's abilities as a realtor and Gina should be ashamed for trashing Lisa's reputation over issues that were outside of her control.

Audrey was great to work with to sell my home 7 years after she helped me purchase it.
