Bob guided me through the process of selling my house. Started as Coming Soon, then listing the open house. I was out of town and Bob handled the whole thing. There were two cliches. First was a negotiation with the buyers. He got their demands down by half. Then at the very last minute the buyer wanted something removed from the house. Again, I was not in town, but Bob personally went to the house and took care of it. Bob knows customer Service!!

Meghan was amazing to work with. We worked together for over a year, and Meghan was incredibly patient, proactive, and helpful every step of the way. She also helped us sell our previous home, which could have been very challenging as we put it on the market when we had just come home with a newborn.
