I am relocating from New Jersey to Pennsylvania, to be near my daughter and grandchildren. Initially, I wanted a Ranch Style home with a room or basement large enough to accommodate my longarm quilt machine. After viewing multiple homes, I realized that steps down to a basement would eventually be too much. So, we looked at other styles of homes. Kristen was accommodating and professional throughout the process. Her business partner also viewed some homes with her to point out good and bad aspects and screen out some choices in advance. I had a 4 hour drive round trip so she helped me see as many properties as possible, to make effective use of my trips. Once I settled on a home, Kristen was able to supply references to inspectors and contractors I will need to make updates, such as electricians. During the negotiation process she was responsive to my questions and communicated with the seller as well as my mortgage company to resolve any issues. After the sale, she continues to be responsive to my questions. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking to buy or sell a home.
