Jake always responded to our requests in a timely manner, even after normal work hours. If he was not available, Donna would fill in. When an issue arose after an inspection, the response to seller was handled quickly; problem resolution was even facilitated by Jake. They are very knowledgeable of the current market and trends as well. My husband and I would definitely choose them again!
