I want to write from the heart here. We have worked with Jerry twice now. He helped us buy our home and helped us sell our home. Let Me start by saying this: I am not an easy client. I demand a lot. I get anxious a lot. I ask more questions than anyone would reasonably need to ask. I over analyze everything. But Jerry, he’s been the peanut butter to our jelly. He is patient and kind when he needs to be. He is sharp and decisive in business. And most importantly, helps you focus your mind on exactly what you need to worry about. In short, he cuts through the nonsense and is more than an asset. He is worth every penny. Hire him and you will see. I would honestly pay his travel if we ever moved away and needed a realtor in a new area. 10/10, five stars, two thumbs way up. Good people are hard to find in any sales profession. Jerry is good people.

Having Yvonne as our realtor was pure happenstance. We requested a viewing on Zillow and although numerous realtors reached out, Yvonne was the first. We got lucky! Yvonne was excited for every endeavor we pursued. She adjusted as our needs adjusted until she was able to find a home that met our growing needs. We were originally looking for a single family home which quickly escalated to a multi family home. My husband and I celebrated our pregnancy and added in a need to have my mom and Grammy a space in our home needs. She helped us through the home buying process including assisting us with home cleaning prior to moving in. She excitedly celebrated our growing family as if we were her own and on closing day her gifts included my husband and I, our dogs, and our son. She is thorough and thoughtful! Thank you Yvonne!

The thought of finding a new home, when you live out-of-state, creates that “state” of high anxiety. Once you meet Abby, there is that feeling of talking with a friend. There is the professional and knowledgeable side of Abby, but also the personable and confident side. One who is caring and focused on helping you. A very comforting feeling. She has a good understanding of the present-day market. She will spend time questioning the client as to their needs, wants and desires. While our thoughts were of a single home, she injected thought of a duplex. This discussion produced a list of candidates (single and duplex) to visit. She was able to get us into a house (a duplex) the day it went on the market. It was everything we could have imagined as our new home. Abby suggested an inspector and an appraiser that she had worked with on numerous occasions. Both men were very detailed in preparing their reports. She kept me updated and answered questions, sometimes even before they were asked! She fully explained the process and provided a time schedule for the various events. Everything went smoothly from getting loan approval to closing because of the time and effort Abby put in. The offer we made may not have been the highest, but it was written to reflect our desire for the house along with the willingness to work with the seller. It did the trick – we won the bidding war! Our offer was the most favorable to the seller. She definitely knows how to sweeten the deal! I strongly recommend Abby to anyone looking for a great realtor to assist them in today’s housing market.

This is the second time I have worked with Susan over a period of 14 years. Both times she was very thorough, and competent. We felt we were in safe hands. I lost a house I wanted, 14 years ago, due to my realtor being angry and aggressive on the phone with the seller's realtor. I really appreciate how level headed and professional Susan is.
