At our initial meeting, he not only answered all of our questions, but he also provided us with recommendations on what we needed to do to get our house ready to list on the market, as well as contacts for who we could hire to accomplish these tasks. I was initially apprehensive about his recommended listing price, particularly since it was substantially higher than two other agents that we had consulted with prior to hiring him.
