McKenna explained everything to us in ways we could understand, found us exactly what we were looking for and in our price range, stay 100% on top what needed to be done to negotiate and get an accepted offer. She has helped us with things even outside of the home such as solar panels and finding insurance. We have since closed and she is still here for us-helping set up utilities and communicating with the sellers agent for any questions we still have. The thought of finding a new home, when you live out-of-state, creates that “state” of high anxiety. Once you meet Abby, there is that feeling of talking with a friend.
