Great Agent

Gwenn was really good to work with. I was overseas and she helped me view homes remotely via FaceTime and was willing to deal with the time difference so I could see the homes I was interested in. Highly recommend agent!

Helped Us Find Our Forever Home

Gwenn Wheeler and her team at Coldwell Banker Real Estate were fantastic to work with! We first met Gwenn when we weren’t even really sure it was the right time to buy a home, or what we could afford. We were just “window shopping” at an open house where she was the listing agent. It was a home we thought we loved, but it wasn’t meant to be. However, us meeting Gwenn was! As a first-time home seller and 1st time buying a home jointly, we were unfamiliar with the processes and how to navigate the timing of buying/selling. We were faced with a tough buyer’s market, but Gwenn was by our side through every phase of hopefulness, excitement, anxiety, disappointment, and every other emotion associated with searching for your forever home.
