Abbie did very well listing the property and helping me navigate through a few hurdles during the sales process, including managing FHA loan requirements. This was done for a flat fee, which ended up being slightly less than 1% of the final sales price. A standard sales agent contract would have been triple the fee, and I don't think much additional service would have been provided. The only thing I did on my own that is atypical is hosting an open house on my own. Abbie got the property on the multi-list and coordinated all showings.

How to describe Chris Martin? Friendly, caring, empathetic, knowledgeable. An all around great guy. My wife and I had a rough go of things with a previous house we were given by a family member and out of nowhere Chris showed up, offered to buy the house and also offered to be our realtor to help us buy a house. The amount of hours he spent showing houses to us and going out of his way to help us with every single step was amazing. I guarantee no other realtor would do the amount Chris did for us. He fought for us and was in our corner when 2 other realtors, lenders and mortgage brokers gave up on us and told us we had no chance. He stuck by us through thick and thin. Chris has basically become family to us. I cant recommend Chris Martin enough. Thank you so much Chris for everything you've done for us! Im telling ya ditch whatever other agent your using and give chris a call or email. You won't regret it.

Monique was extremely helpful during my home purchasing. Specific elements I want to point out are her flexibility and patience. I took several months to go from starting home searching and touring to actually making a purchase; I changed my plans on the kind of property midway through, and once I reached the point of almost putting down money on a home before backing out, and she was helpful throughout the entire process. She was always available for touring, tried to accurately assess houses with me, never tried to upsell me on expensive homes, never mis-represented a house in an attempt to sell me on it. She never rushed me throughout the multiple months I was searching, and cautioned me throughout the process when she thought I might be being a bit hasty in my search/not reasonably assessing a home. Overall, it felt like I was searching for a home with someone who was as interested in ensuring I purchased the right location as I was. My only non-positive feedback is a reminder that she's only human, too- the time I almost put money down, only to back out last minute, was because both she and I missed the flood danger assessment on the property review. The property was nearly guaranteed to flood in the next ten years, and I didn't fully read into the assessment. Monique also missed it, and the danger was caught by my loan agent, who warned me- but it was Monique who canceled the preliminary paperwork that was being done, backed me out of the agreement, and helped me continue the search. Overall, very pleased, would recommend.

We’ve used Mike several times over the last 8 years. We were very needy customers. He helped us search for multiple rental properties and then our dream home. Throughout that time Mike has always been very responsive no matter how many questions we had for him. There is no question who we would use or recommend for buying or selling a house. We always get excellent customer service from Mike and his team.
