Abbie did very well listing the property and helping me navigate through a few hurdles during the sales process, including managing FHA loan requirements. This was done for a flat fee, which ended up being slightly less than 1% of the final sales price. A standard sales agent contract would have been triple the fee, and I don't think much additional service would have been provided. The only thing I did on my own that is atypical is hosting an open house on my own. Abbie got the property on the multi-list and coordinated all showings.

We were working with our 2nd agent when we met Chris at one of his listings. During that interaction, I realized he was the agent for us. He gave us a lot of advice on the different areas we were searching in, something our previous agents never offered. He was very easy to talk with and listened to what we had to say. When we finally started working with Chris, he was so patient with us about all the many different houses we wanted to look at...truly, no rhyme or reason, though he did have some info to share about some of the places we went to. I think if we wanted to look at a house in Philly, he would've accommodated that request. Lol. Anyhow, his knowledge in real estate made me feel very comfortable with making an offer in this house. He moved quickly to get us all the appropriate paperwork to get the purchasing started, and in less than 2 weeks, we're in our new house! Thank you, Chris for your patience and help. Steve and his team have been great to work with. We worked primarily with Steve and Dave, along with Itzel as well. They were all very quick to respond to our many questions we had throughout the entire process of buying and selling homes. Not only were they prompt with their responses, but always kind, respectful, and professional. We felt like they definitely went above and beyond, including helping locate our septic tank prior to the inspection! We highly recommend Steve and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!
