He was always accessible, day or night, by telephone, text or email, and consistently responsive whenever we had a question or concern. He was also always punctual, dependable, and thoroughly prepared. One of the things that impressed us most was the amount of time and effort he put into preparing a comprehensive marketing package for our home. He clearly understood how to present the property in the best possible light and left no detail overlooked. His attention to detail and knowledge of the real estate process were evident from the initial listing all the way through closing. He also took the time to personally meet with the buyers and their agent and walk through the house, which demonstrated how committed he was to making sure everyone was comfortable and well informed.
