Jerry is an excellent communicator and was right by my side the entire process from start to finish guiding me. He genuinely cared about my experience and I could tell that he wanted nothing more than for us to find the perfect and right home for me. Jerry is very responsive, always one step ahead of the original plan. Once we got back the feedback from the perspective buyers , Jerry made some quick adjustments from the feedback and within 10 days I had an cash offer from one of the buyers.

Jerry helped my fiancé and I purchased our first home recently. In short, he made the entire process extremely stress-free and actually fun which was a surprise. He is not only an amazing realtor but an amazing person. We will honestly miss getting to interact with him regularly. He is extremely communicative and really listened to all of our wants, wishes, and concerns when it came to the houses that we viewed. When it came time to put an offer in and as we negotiated, he protected our interests and ended up getting us our dream home below the price we originally expected.
