I don’t even know where to begin with Jerry. We worked together for several years, in an extremely difficult buyers’ market, and his level of service never wavered. Always there to answer questions, or give advice, all throughout our long search. When we finally found the home we ended up purchasing, we honestly didn't think we'd have a chance, and mentally prepared ourselves to be beat out again by a crazy offer, or an all-cash deal – so much so that we almost decided not to submit an offer. That’s when Jerry's talents really shined - he put together a plan, wrote our offer, and successfully negotiated to reach a deal. With an agreement on our new house in place, he then went to work listing our old home, and once again we were beyond pleased. He marketed our house extremely professionally, hired a top-notch photographer who provided stunning pictures, listed it above what I ever expected to receive, then proceeded to get it under contract for a decent amount OVER our asking price – in less than 2 days!! With his professional guidance, both closings went flawlessly. On top of being dedicated, professional and knowledgeable, Jerry is also a lot of fun to work with, and he obviously truly cares for his clients on a personal level. I can honestly say, if it wasn’t for Jerry, we would have given up on our search, and stayed in our previous home. When things got tough and we began to get discouraged, he told us – not just as our real estate agent, but also as our friend – we were not going to give up, we will see this through, and we will find the right home. Jerry is a unique realtor. He is kind, patient, knowledgeable, lovable, but the most important thing, he is real and honest. That's something you want your realtor to be, if you like it or not. If you want to buy or sell a home you need someone to tell you it as it is. You need somebody to support you, at the same time courage you, but keep things real. Jerry go's out of his way to help you, he will give you his honest opinion, and he will be there for you all through the way. He answers in any time of the day even if the questions are small or big. Jerry went above and beyond. My fiance and I were looking for out first house, when we started, we knew absolutely nothing and Jerry was there everystep of the way when we had questions he was only one email or text away. Jerry was so patient with us as we looked at houses and took quite sometime to find one, when we did find the one, Jerry knew it was the one as well because he spent so much time getting to know us. By the end of the process he was reading me and my fiance better than us at times. Jerry was also very helpful after we finally found a house, He picked a great day for settlement (my birthday) and recommended an excellent loan officer and home inspector. I fully trusted Jerry would find us the house of our dreams, I can't recommend him enough !!!
