Okay, so here is the deal; I am incredibly high maintenance. I overthink absolutely everything, ask thousands of questions, and never stop texting people. I always assume the worst in every situation and want to prevent every possible negative outcome. Just to set some context. Jerry helped my wife and I buy our first home.
