Selling a house to settle an estate offers some unique challenges since you are not very familiar with the home and any issues it may have. We ever able to get it listed and then did some marketing and got two offers and closed a couple weeks later. Chrissy was able to help navigate the fact that we were selling a house pretty much as-is. Money is in the bank and one more check mark towards settling the estate.

Michelle was always so helpful in helping us buy our first home. The process was daunting but there’s no one else that I could recommend. Very professional and always had our back through the whole process! Michelle always answered our concerns quickly.

Macy did an amazing job showing me several houses trying to find what was best that would fit me and she found the perfect one for me! She helped me think of great ideas I could do to the house and walked me through each step very well to the end. I am very pleased on how professional she was I highly recommend!

Seller of 1306 Locust Street, North Apollo
Greg Micale methodically sold our home step by step. He visited us at our home, took many pictures inside and out, then took time to research the best price for our home in the surrounding community. He posted a sneak preview of some of the highlights of our home on social media a week before the actual listing. Greg's photos and videos are all artfully done to the best advantage of the home's assets. Then came the listing with an accurate description of the property along with those beautiful photos. Interest was attracted within a day and showings were scheduled soon. An offer was made on the 3rd day and Greg advised us on a counter offer. Bingo! Sold! This is the 3rd time Greg has acted as our agent and I highly recommend him.
Seller of 1306 Locust Street, North Apollo
This is the third time that Greg Micale has acted as our Real Estate Agent . This is the second home that Greg has sold for us (the other action was to aid us in buying a home). Mr. Micale did research in our area along with selling features in our house to come up with the best price with the most profit for us. The well composed pictures and write up for the home attracted potential buyers immediately. Within 3 days we had an offer! At the price we asked. Greg put it altogether for us.
Seller of 1299 Old State Road, Orchard Hills
Greg came on time and was very helpful throughout the process of selling our home. His marketing skills were quite good and we had many viewings in a short time and we were under contract quickly. Communication was good and timely.
