Greg Micale methodically sold our home step by step. He visited us at our home, took many pictures inside and out, then took time to research the best price for our home in the surrounding community. He posted a sneak preview of some of the highlights of our home on social media a week before the actual listing. Greg's photos and videos are all artfully done to the best advantage of the home's assets. Then came the listing with an accurate description of the property along with those beautiful photos. Interest was attracted within a day and showings were scheduled soon. An offer was made on the 3rd day and Greg advised us on a counter offer. Bingo! Sold! This is the third time that Greg Micale has acted as our Real Estate Agent . This is the second home that Greg has sold for us (the other action was to aid us in buying a home). Mr. Micale did research in our area along with selling features in our house to come up with the best price with the most profit for us. The well composed pictures and write up for the home attracted potential buyers immediately. Within 3 days we had an offer! At the price we asked. Greg put it altogether for us.
