I cant say enough good things about the attention, support and due diligence Greg shared with me during my first time selling a home. Greg researched comps in our area and conducting a couple of walkthroughs at the house to ensure first hand knowledge of all the unique features and selling points. He took a lot of very nice photos (daytime and nighttime) to give potential buyers a real feel for every aspect of the home and property and provided excellent resources for the home inspector and assessor. He clearly explained all the steps, provided paperwork early on, and placed it in the market quickly. We had numerous viewings in the first few days and sold the house quickly for more than the asking price! He was a great agent - very attentive, responsive and experienced. We made the right choice and highly recommend him, without hesitation, to anyone looking to sell their home!
