Dave was great to work with. He came up with an out of the box idea that would entice the sale of our home. And it worked. Dave is a great communicator and always made himself available to answer any questions we had. We even had a water issue at our home that we were unable to make it back to rectify, but he was quick to make himself available to handle the situation. I I've had an amazing experience working with Tim he was referred to me by a friend and I have recommended him to multiple people myself. Very knowledgeable any question that my wife or I had he was able to give me an answer for if it was a very specialized type of question and he wasn't 100% sure he was able to get back to me usually within minutes. I could not ask for a more professional real estate agent he had always kept in touch with us no matter what if he wasn't able to answer the phone we were sure to get up text informing us that he was in the middle of something it would call us back in a few minutes within 10 to 20 minutes my phone was ringing.
