Selling a house to settle an estate offers some unique challenges since you are not very familiar with the home and any issues it may have. We ever able to get it listed and then did some marketing and got two offers and closed a couple weeks later. Chrissy was able to help navigate the fact that we were selling a house pretty much as-is. Money is in the bank and one more check mark towards settling the estate.
