Chrissy is fantastic at communicating with us and sellers. Whether it is a text, phone call, or email, she is answering any time of the day, typically almost immediately. Anytime we needed a disclosure form, a tour set up, or had any questions, she did it all quickly. She was wonderful in assisting us with contacting our seller as it was a for sale by owner, and she was an efficient middle man for us. Chrissy taught us almost everything we know about buying a home, making this process as easy as possible even for first time buyers. She would sit on the phone with us when needed reading over contracts and explaining every little bit of jargon we were unfamiliar with, making us feel like pros in the process. Her personality was fun and bubbly, but had no issues with being aggressive when it mattered. We loved that she was incredibly straight forward, pointing out things that we should be weary of, helping us find the best deals, and making us feel comfortable with when to walk away or when to dig deeper into a home. She truly is a gem to work with, and we are so happy we selected her!
