Molly kept on top of the other agents, the inspectors, the buyer's lender, and even made recommendations for trusted aelectrician, exterminator, and an HVAC specialist. Molly was there for the good news but more importantly when there was bad news, and unfortunately there was a good amount of bad news, Molly was there to explain the situation and was always able to come up with the best solution.
