He posted a sneak preview of some of the highlights of our home on social media a week before the actual listing. Greg's photos and videos are all artfully done to the best advantage of the home's assets. Then came the listing with an accurate description of the property along with those beautiful photos. Interest was attracted within a day and showings were scheduled soon. An offer was made on the 3rd day and Greg advised us on a counter offer. Bingo! Sold! Mr. Micale did research in our area along with selling features in our house to come up with the best price with the most profit for us.
