Kathleen was professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with she made my home buying process smooth kept us informed throughout and provided great advice. I'd gladly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.

Kathleen showed deep knowledge in the local market and applicable laws/ rules. She helped us navigate what can be an intimidating process of buying a home (from out of state). She worked with the buyer on our behalf to get us the best possible price. Kathleen went above and beyond at every step of the way.

Knowledgeable in her field and when she came across an issue with the septic inspection she did not know about she went above and beyond to fix a miscommunication with the inspector, and find me a new inspector that could do the service requested. Very flexible with phone calls and was willing to call late at night to explain paperwork when I didn't have any time that worked except late.

It was a pleasure working with Steve. He is very knowledgeable about the market and sold my house fast.

Steve made a very stressful time in our lives turn into a very smooth transaction! He handled every issue and made our home sale East and pain free!

From the very first day we met with Steve at our house, he went to work to assist us in selling our house. We were very impressed with his professionalism and hard work. I simply cannot say enough great things about Steve and Melanie! We were kept apprised every step along the way from the listing to the closing. Melanie was instrumental in getting necessary paperwork to us and keep things moving smoothly to closing. You will not meet a more knowledgeable team and kinder folks! I very highly recommend using this team whenever you are looking to either buy or sell your next home.
