Kathleen Mackinnon

I was so very nervous about trying to sale my property, but with Kathleen’s help my nerves were calmed and the property was sold quickly. She kept me informed throughout the whole process. She patiently answered any questions I asked. (And I had a lot of questions and concerns in the beginning.) I found that with Kathleen no matter how busy she was, she always got back to me promptly. I highly recommend Kathleen Mackinnon to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, hardworking, “get the sale done”, kind of agent. She worked a miracle sale for me and I bet she will do the same for others too.

The purchase I made with Kathleen was not a large one. Still, she treated me and my questions and needs with the utmost respect and urgency. By the end of this process I don't only have a fantastic realtor for the area, I also have a new friend!

Kathleen was professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with she made my home buying process smooth kept us informed throughout and provided great advice. I'd gladly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.

Kathleen showed deep knowledge in the local market and applicable laws/ rules. She helped us navigate what can be an intimidating process of buying a home (from out of state). She worked with the buyer on our behalf to get us the best possible price. Kathleen went above and beyond at every step of the way.

Knowledgeable in her field and when she came across an issue with the septic inspection she did not know about she went above and beyond to fix a miscommunication with the inspector, and find me a new inspector that could do the service requested. Very flexible with phone calls and was willing to call late at night to explain paperwork when I didn't have any time that worked except late.

Kathy made herself extremely accessible to my wife and I. I never waited more than 10 minutes for an answer. She did not always have the answer but was not afraid to tell us she did not but she always got the answer for us in a timely manner. She made our experience buying home in Pittsburgh a memorable one and I will be buying all my investment properties through her. I would highly recommend Kathy as your realtor.
