She listens and narrows down your options to very good choices. Very communicative by phone, email, and text. She made signing the documents and any amendments very easy. Assists with setting up the inspections, appraisals, survey, walk-throughs, closing which made it very easy on me and greatly appreciated. Her knowledge of the current market conditions and rules/laws confirms why I will always have her as my Realtor.
