Our experience with Karen was very good in the beginning of the experience of selling our home. She did an excellent job in photographing our home and listing our home for sale. We felt she was a little week in the area of making sure other agents were aware of the little perks associated with our property. She did have an open house for agents, but not all agents were there so they missed getting that information which led to a problem when it was time to close our property. Other than that we were pleased with her performance. She seemed to be very busy with lots of different properties to sell.
