Dawn is an experienced and successful agent. Her clients appreciate the care and knowledge she provides to make the process of buying and selling less stressful and not so overwhelming. She knows the importance of educating her clients through the entire process and keeps them “in the loop.” She truly listens and enjoys getting to know people to find out what is important to them. The relationships she builds with her clients continues well beyond the closing.
She developed a deep love for Oregon as a child while visiting family in Medford. She and her family enjoy spending summers camping and exploring the Southern Oregon coast. Dawn is originally from California, but when she and her husband became empty nesters, they ventured out to Arizona. This allowed them to still be close to the kids and grandchildren in California. It was in Arizona that Dawn fulfilled her long-time desire to become a licensed real estate agent and she quickly became a top producer.
The trips to the Oregon coast didn’t end though and, in the Fall of 2021, they finally purchased their Bandon home and moved to the place they always dreamed of being. Dawn is excited to bring her passion for real estate and love of Bandon together to help others realize their dreams and goals. Whether looking for a vacation home, investment property or dream home, she is committed to making it the best experience possible. When she’s not working with clients you can find her walking on the beach, hiking the local trails, crabbing or riding her e-bike.

She launched her real estate career straight out of high school in one of the toughest markets in the country. By her twenties, she was managing large apartment communities and winning Manager of the Year — twice. But it was a coastal visit to Bandon that sparked something deeper. Drawn in by the rugged beauty and tight-knit community, Gina made the leap and founded Beach Loop Realty in 2006.
Since then, she’s turned a one-woman shop into the area’s top-producing boutique brokerage — now 12 agents strong, and consistently ranked #1 in Bandon sales volume. She added property management in 2010, purchased and remodeled a 3,000-square-foot building in Old Town Bandon in 2019, and continues to mentor new agents while staying active in her community and her daughter’s school life.
Known for her straight talk, eye for opportunity, and ability to make clients feel heard, Gina balances small-town warmth with big-city hustle. Whether she’s negotiating a deal, hosting a team Zoom, or cheering at a local ballet recital, she shows up fully — and brings others along with her.

Misty Andolina-Berry, relocated from the hectic fast paced lifestyle of Las Vegas Nevada to Bandon Oregon in the spring of 2002. Upon moving to Bandon she purchased and ran a small motel and restaurant in Old Town Bandon. Running a business in the heart of Old Town, quickly rooted her into the community. In the 20+ years Misty has lived and worked in Bandon, she has purchased and sold, 4 of her own homes, 2 restaurants and a motel. Misty has strong connections throughout the community, notably in the construction industry. Having built 2 homes from the ground up and overseeing countless remodels, she is extremely knowledgable about the building process. She has worked with the City and County Planning departments extensively. Bringing this knowledge and experience to her career in Real Estate has shown to be a great asset to her clients.
Misty's love for the Bandon and the South Coast is evident from the the volunteer hours she has contributed to the community. She served on the Board of Directors for Bandon School district for over 10 years, during which time she taught “Zumba” to elementary school students and held classes free of charge for school district employees. Additionally she has served as a member of the Chamber of Commerce for 10 years collectively.
Misty finds the small coastal lifestyle of Bandon to be the perfect place to call home. She is a Golf enthusiast and fitness instructor when she is not working tirelessly for her Clients. Anna Cruz is a lifelong Oregonian.
Among her most cherished childhood memories are the exhilaration and awe she felt exploring the Oregon Coast. From her father, she also learned the personal and financial growth opportunities in real estate investment. Her dream destination became a reality in 1998 when she decided to sell her Portland-based floral design business and settle on the south coast.
Buying property changed Anna's life. As a realtor, she is attentive to the same life-changing potential for her clients, and she advocates for timely, successful purchase or sales opportunities.

Anna’s personal and professional experiences benefit clients as they explore the region. She created a homestead in Langlois where she built a home and raised everything from farm animals to flowers, not to mention two incredible children. Tracy Fihn realized a lifelong aspiration when she joined the professional realtor
community. The daughter of a contractor and builder, she spent many hours in her youth
visiting building sites and meeting the clients who were excited to see their homes come
to life. Those early experiences prompted her desire to work with clients in buying and
selling residential properties.
A longtime resident of the Northern Oregon Coast, Tracy’s experience buying property and building a home in Bandon was thoroughly positive, and she looks forward to helping others experience the same satisfaction. “From the minute I got to Bandon, I thought, this is where I need to be,” she said.
Tracy’s professional experience includes a wealth of executive management and
assistive positions. She started her professional training with an associate medical
assistant degree. For more than 20 years, she co-owned and managed a marine
outfitting business in Central Point, Oregon, specializing in outfitting, maintenance and
repair services for boating enthusiasts. Over the years, she’s honed her skills in project
management as well as customer service and professional collaboration.
Real estate clients will appreciate Tracy’s attention to detail along with her genuine
interest in people. Working with the team at Beach Loop Realty, she is expanding her
professional network and her familiarity with the Southern Oregon Coast.
When she isn’t working, Tracy enjoys gardening— she and her husband Tim are
experimenting with a new greenhouse at home. She also makes time to visit with her
daughter and grandchild. And, she’s a happy pet-parent to four dogs.

Gina Morelli was fantastic from start to finish! Right from the get-go, she was able to give my wife and me clear explanations of OR's real estate documents and readily made time for us when we visited her area from out of state. She was highly responsive during the entire time that we were working with her - whether it was text, email, or phone, she was always quick to respond. She even readily connected us with real estate agents in another part of OR that we were at one time also considering. Gina proved to be very knowledgeable of the southern OR real estate market, and was always ready to share her knowledge and perspective at all stages of the process. Gratifyingly, she kept us apprised of all important dates/deadlines and her recommendation for an inspector proved to be invaluable. While she was very chill at all times, her advice during negotiations was nonetheless shrewd and perceptive. Unfailingly professional and just as unfailingly friendly and down-to-earth, Gina was simply wonderful to work with. Ruby is a ROCK STAR
Ruby Berry helped me and my family at every step of the way, for the purchase of two homes. One of which did not work out.
