Misty goes above & beyond what my experiences of working with real estate agents, ie, a dozen transactions in 30 years. I've never had a realtor be as supportive & focused on getting a house sold, not only did she clean out & stage my mother's home but she did this for my sisters in I from a different state (Colorado) than where mother's home was located. I cannot overstate what an asset she is. She gets all the details & the big picture as well & reassured my sisters & I she could sell my mother's home. Will be forever grateful. We took her advice on how to price our mother's home vis a vis home comps and she assured us she'd sell the home by September. She brought us a cash buyer! She put fire under a local attorney to review our mother's trust & without this, the attorney would not have taken us as clients (to review our mother's trust). First, Misty was great. She got my listing up on a time crunch after I had made an offer on a house. Her communication during the whole process was great, and when we closed and I couldn't find my house keys she got the locksmith there so the new owners would have a full set of keys waiting to or them. She gave us solid advice and recommendations on what to do to help the sale of the home and she did a lot of “hand-holding” with us as it had been almost 20 years since we’d sold a house.
