I had a great experience working with Ruby throughout the home-buying process. She was knowledgeable, professional, and responsive, always willing to answer questions and offer helpful advice. Her guidance made the entire process much easier, from finding the right house through to closing. I really appreciated her dedication and would happily recommend Ruby to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
Elke and Ruby were so easy to work with and accommodating. We purchased our home outside of the area we actually lived in and we're traveling when we decided to put our offer in. They made the whole process so seamless. Very professional.
Ruby has extensive Bandon knowledge and was with us every step of the way
Ruby keeps all the parties involved i.e. appraisers, inspectors, loan originators and the title company on track to thier due dates to achieve the agreed upon closing date. Thats not an easy task.

Ruby and Mike went above and beyond to sell our house. The whole process was smooth and easy from listing to closing.
Ruby Berry was very responsive to all communications answered every question and was very understanding of my first time home buyer fears and explained everything that I did not really understand. She was very professional and I would have her work for me again and I highly recommend if you are looking for a friendly understanding patient agent.
Ruby was always available. This was my first experience buying a house and she explained all the new terms to me very well and was very patient. I felt she was there for me every step of the
Ruby Berry helped me and my family at every step of the way, for the purchase of two homes. One of which did not work out. She tried everything their seller's agent wanted and easily proved to me, that house was not the right fit for me. With supreme patience, we found another home. Her expertise and professionalism puts her miles above all other real estate agents I have worked with over the many years I have bought/sold homes. She is always there, with a smile, no matter what I needed or asked. I would recommend her in an instant for any real estate dealings. No one is better than Ruby!!
