Selling our home after 33 years was a big decision for us - we had a life in that house, raised children, enjoyed our grandchildren...made lots of wonderful memories. Being ready for a new chapter in our lives prompted us to research possibilities for a sale. Jan, Robin and the REMAX South Coast team offered a professional and kind service, understanding the challenges of downsizing and the emotional attachments one has with making these decisions. We so appreciated the service we received by Jan and Robin. They were on top of each showing with prompt notifications, suggestions for improving the staging of the home, offered and followed through with services such as professional photography, videos, and professional staging services. We are thrilled to begin our next chapter in life and wish all the best to the new owner of our Kirkendall home. Thank you, Jan, Robin and the REMAX team!

My sister and I recently sold our father's home using Jan. There aren't enough good things I can write about our experience. Living out of state and hoping to sell the house quickly was of great concern when we put the house up for sale. Any anxiety I had was quickly put to rest by Jan and Robin. They were in constant contact with me, answering most of my questions before I even asked them. Their proactive style was amazing. I was prepared for a prolonged experience but on day one of the listing, offers were already coming in and by day two we had more offers than I could have hoped for. This was all due to the marketing skills of and contacts that Jan and Robin have in Coos Bay and North Bend. By the fourth day we had accepted an offer. Not only was the deal done way faster than I imagined but they sold the house for $42,000 more than our asking price. The way Jan and Robin worked so professionally and diligently for an out of state client they had never met face to face makes me wonder how much more outstanding the experience must be for local clients. When I received the referral to contact Jan I was told she was the "true expert" in the area's real estate. And truly she is. Jan, Robin and their team have my wholehearted gratitude and I would recommend them without hesitation. Great people doing a great job for their clients.

Stephanie was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. We had 7 people in our group house hunting for my daughter & her fiancé. Stephanie showed us 14 houses in 2 days! They purchased their 1st home and moved in 30 days later!!
