My sister and I recently sold our father's home using Jan. There aren't enough good things I can write about our experience. Living out of state and hoping to sell the house quickly was of great concern when we put the house up for sale. Any anxiety I had was quickly put to rest by Jan and Robin. They were in constant contact with me, answering most of my questions before I even asked them. Their proactive style was amazing. I was prepared for a prolonged experience but on day one of the listing, offers were already coming in and by day two we had more offers than I could have hoped for. This was all due to the marketing skills of and contacts that Jan and Robin have in Coos Bay and North Bend. By the fourth day we had accepted an offer. Not only was the deal done way faster than I imagined but they sold the house for $42,000 more than our asking price. The way Jan and Robin worked so professionally and diligently for an out of state client they had never met face to face makes me wonder how much more outstanding the experience must be for local clients. When I received the referral to contact Jan I was told she was the "true expert" in the area's real estate. And truly she is. Jan, Robin and their team have my wholehearted gratitude and I would recommend them without hesitation. Great people doing a great job for their clients.
