My sister and I recently sold our father's home using Jan. There aren't enough good things I can write about our experience. From the start to the finish the sale of my home was properly and professionally represented. Jan did an excellent presentation of comparable homes that sold in my area. Signage showed my home was for sale with a note to make an appointment very helpful in rural setting. Photos showed my home in a way I was proud to see.
