She goes above and beyond what is requested of her and, if she doesn't have the answer to a question, takes the time to research and get the correct answer. She is very organized and follows through on everything to closing, and even continues to stay in touch after closing to ensure complete satisfaction, offering her help in any way possible. I can't express how thankful I am to Lisa for her assistance in the purchase of my home in Sutherlin!!! This purchase was a bit more complicated than most; I couldn't have done it without Lisa, as no other agent compares to her knowledge, skills, and capabilities. She is top notch!!!

I cannot say enough about Karen and Ralph. They guided us in what we needed to change to sell and what to leave alone for the new owners to be able to add their personal touch. That really saved us so much time and money. Managing most things that needed done to the house on my own, their willingness to jump in and help when needed was not something most realtors wouldn't do. They got us the highest price possible, and the highest property sold in the development, so others who need to sell will benefit from our comp in the future.
