From the start to the finish the sale of my home was properly and professionally represented. Jan did an excellent presentation of comparable homes that sold in my area. Signage showed my home was for sale with a note to make an appointment very helpful in rural setting. Photos showed my home in a way I was proud to see. Drone photos of the outside gave an overall picture. Very nice. Robin, Jan's office assistant was able to find the water rights to the property and answered many of my questions.
