Ray went above and beyond for our family to get my father in law’s house in Oregon successful closed! There were many moments when the deal almost fell apart but Ray’s diligence & commitment to us as the seller was unmatched! I am a real estate agent as well & have been in the business for 16 years in Texas & CA, agents like Ray are very hard to come by these days. Our family is spread across the country, so Ray was our boots on the ground in Oregon. We didn't know him before having him list the home and he made us feel just as important as his closest friends or family. Ray is professional, hard working and very knowledgeable! I found Ray doing a Google search of his area of Gold Beach Oregon. I’m a real estate agent in Texas but our family had to sell my father in laws house in Gold Beach! Nervous not having anyone to depend on directly thru the company I work for, Ray quickly exceeded our expectations! It wasn’t the easiest sale with the logistics of us all being in different states! But Ray went above and beyond for our family. He was so knowledgeable about what needed to be done to get the house successfully closed. I would certainly recommend Ray on both a professional and personal level! We couldn’t have closed it without him!
