I was super emotional over the death of my father. All of a sudden I was stuck with a house and a mortgage and bills and I had no idea what to do with all of his things! Adaya stepped up to the plate and literally did almost 100% of the work to get this little house ready for sale! She went above and beyond in everything. Her and her family helped clean out my father's house. They helped me donate things they helped me get things ready for sale. When it came time to deal with the new buyers realtor She took charge and made everything happen! This other realtor was being a little sneaky and not getting us the paperwork we needed to show proof of something and she didn't rest until she got that paperwork! She is very efficient and at the same time very compassionate! Next time when I'm ready to buy a house, or even somebody that I know wants to buy a house, I will direct them to her!
