From our very first contact Matt was engaging, professional, and friendly. My situation was as complicated as they come; so much so in fact that the one other realtor in the area willing to take it on had given up, thrown in the towel. When Matt told me he likes a challenge I said "well I've got just the project for you" and I wasn't joking. I think there were multiple times when we both wanted to shrug our shoulders and walk away.
