I've never had a realtor be as supportive & focused on getting a house sold, not only did she clean out & stage my mother's home but she did this for my sisters in I from a different state (Colorado) than where mother's home was located. Misty assisted with tasks I've never had assistance with in real estate before, made referrals for house cleaners & trips to the dump, even saved a box of valuables. She put fire under a local attorney to review our mother's trust & without this, the attorney would not have taken us as clients (to review our mother's trust). My sisters and I were very fortunate to cross her path, as I say, I've never had a realtor do so much for me in over 12 real estate transactions I've had these last 30 years. Forever grateful.
