I’m not even sure where to begin. Jenny is empathetic and kind but can also fight for you when needed. She’s the best realtor I’ve dealt with to date. Can’t recommend her enough! She has taught me a lot about condominium living, the good bad and ugly. So that I could make a good decision about my next move. I’ve already referred a number of people to her. I will definitely continue to refer people and will use her in the future if needed!
We worked with Jordan from John’s team and both of them are very quick to respond, communicate clearly, and happy to answer all of our questions. They obviously have a great team that work well together. In working with Jordan closely, we found him to be knowledgeable about the market and has a broad understanding of home builds and upkeep which was useful in knowing what to watch out for and during the inspection period. He approached negotiations reasonably and with our desired outcome in mind - he guided us but supported our final decision at every step. Never once did we feel pressured to make a decision we weren’t confident in. I would highly recommend working with Jordan and John.
