Nicole was suggested to us by another agent while we were still living 2,000 miles away. She monitored our progress on the sale of our house in the other state and made herself available when we traveled to Oregon to look at houses. Once local, she was readily available to accompany us to look at houses and property, and we covered some territory (Philomath, Brownsville, Gates, Stayton, Scio, Salem, McMinnville, Dallas). She did not recommend or push properties that did not align with our interests, which was refreshing, and held onto the ideas and concepts that were non-negotiable and those that were negotiable. She didn't push us when we were tired of searching and took some time to regroup, but jumped back in when we were ready. Nicole is friendly while also being a straight shooter. She had good command of property concerns and how to address those; researched issues when needed; secured home inspectors who were thorough; and, was very prompt during the process of making an offer and inspection period, staying on top of the deadlines. She saw us through to a successful close on a lovely property despite some near deal-ending communication issues on the seller's side. All in, from meeting via email through to closing on our new home, Nicole worked with us for 11 months. On a somewhat lengthy drive back from seeing a house, we decided to rank all real estate agents we have worked with over our 32 years of marriage (10 including Nicole), carefully reviewed all of them across qualities of ease of communication, knowledge, interest in what we were looking for, availability, flaky and unfortunate missteps, troubleshooting, going the extra mile(s) ... and we put Nicole in the top spot, hands down. We highly recommend Nicole!
