We met with Jackie Austin in March of 2025 with a great deal of clearing rooms and closets in our parent's home left to do in order to get the house ready for sale. I am one of 5 kids of which none of us lived in Eugene and several us us live 8 or 9 hours by car away from Eugene. Jackie provided us with contacts at times that could assist with the clean-up process and patiently waited until we were finally ready to take the house to market in May 2025. Once the house was finally cleared out, Jackie provided solid advice on market valuation and sales price point within the Eugene area, assisted with providing contacts for a final cleaning of the house and so on making it nearly effortless for me and my siblings.
