Want to say first that it's been a tough sales market lately and there were particular challenges that were unavoidable with selling my place, challenges that in no way reflect on Shayda. Shayda did everything she could to keep the sales price up in a difficult market. She had open houses basically every weekend, which I don't see many real estate agents doing. She got a good stager for the property who knew how to make it look attractive. Shayda has been my real estate agent for over 8 years, helped me buy my first place, and recently helped me sell that place and buy a new one. She's always been very helpful about the process and great at communicating what's going on and being responsive, even at all hours of the day and weekends. She'll be realistic with you about her recommendations - which are usually the right thing to do! - but will defer to you to make final decisions, even if they disagree with what she recommends. For all these reasons and more, I highly recommend her!

Troy is very experienced and market knowledgeable and quickly navigates through any questions or additional processes. He proactively kept me informed throughout the process....I never had to guess where we were. He clearly enjoys what he does and it shows in the way he performs his job and connects to his clients.
