This is the second time we have worked with Kelly. On this one, the sale of our home with anything but easy, having very difficult buyers. Luckily Kelly and her team kept things together. Mainly my sanity throughout the process. She spent time to educate the buyers agent as well so he could better help to navigate his clients. Bonus is the house sold in under a week with Kelly’s strategic marketing and from the time it went into escrow to close of escrow was 3 weeks.

Kevin has been with me since the beginning of my rental and selling journey. He found me 2 sets of great tenants over the years and finally, sold my property. The condo had a complex HOA and there were some challenges but regardless, Kevin never gave up and looked after the property for me. He researches a lot about the surrounding areas, speaks to neighbors to get their opinion, tries to think of creative ways to appeal to prospective renters and buyers. I am ever so grateful!
