Stephanie has been our agent for 3 real estate transactions. We first met her 6 years ago when we moved to the area. Despite the restrictions imposed by COVID and us living 400 miles away, she was masterful in putting together efficient viewings that fit our ability to travel to the area. The purchase of this house on Tucson went without a hitch—she facilitated every step and went far beyond our expectations!! We did not hesitate to contact her when we decided to sell it and purchase a new one. She knew our requirements and diligently searched listings to find houses that would meet them. We found an amazing house and she went above and beyond again in finalizing that purchase. Once we moved out, we needed to prep this house on Tucson for listing on MLS. Coordinating the staging and repairs of the house, she made sure that the house looked amazing, highlighting its best features. She made a website for the house and the marketing plan was excellent. Her experience and wisdom combined with a deep knowledge of the area and the market benefited us immeasurably in all the transactions. We recommend her without reservation!

Coordinating the staging and repairs of the “old” house, she made sure that the house looked amazing, highlighting its best features. Stephanie handled the whole transaction from start to finish. There were lender and funding issues from buyer side and she stayed on top of everything to minimize the delay in closing.

Sasan Aval was truly exceptional throughout our home buying journey. His deep market knowledge and years of experience made all the difference. Sasan listened carefully to our needs but wasn’t afraid to provide honest counterpoints and keep us grounded in reality, especially with our budget. He’s incredibly detail-oriented, which I really appreciated, and he went above and beyond by continuing to support us after closing with valuable contractor referrals. What stood out most was how patient and thorough he was during showings. He helped us spot quality issues in flipped homes that we would have completely missed, highlighted homes with great bones and strong potential, and even took the time to show us his own home to demonstrate smart upgrades and value-buying strategies. Sasan made what could have been a stressful process feel guided and confident. I couldn’t recommend him more highly!

Sasan was extremely knowledgeable, on top of every detail, and always quick to respond. He gave us honest, thoughtful advice throughout the entire process and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. We felt fully supported and confident every step of the way, highly recommend!
