Nancy and her team also walked us through the whole process step by step, including when closing had to unexpectedly be pushed out. In addition to all of her help finding a property, making an offer, and facilitating the real estate transaction, Nancy has been incredibly patient with the many questions we had. She was always professional and dealt with any challenges in stride. She has continued to be a resource to us as we make certain modifications to the new home to get it to our liking. It is really true that Nancy treats her clients like family, we feel like we made a friend, and we would 100% hire her again if we needed to buy or sell a property. She was also extremely kind and generous to our young son - he was in tears when he said bye to her after closing because he said he was going to miss her!
