Stephanie is all around everything you could want in a realtor and more. She exceeded every expectation I had and I genuinely could not have gotten through this process without her specifically. This is our second time working with Stephenie. She helped us find our first home back in 2018. Fast foward to 2022 my wife and I grew out of our townhome and we were ready to find our forever home. With only 18 day escrow, we closed escrow on the townhome sale and a few days later we closed on our FURever home. CONCURRET CLOSINGS !!!! Stephenie went above and beyond throughout the whole selling and buying process and checked off all the boxes of what we were looking for. Living 10 minutes within our old place ( we love our area ) , less than 20 minutes from Disneyland, single story home, in a cul de sac, and open floor plan to make it our own. Over 1500sqft living space and 9112 sqft lot -- meaning a huge back yard for our FUR babies Chance & Maui.
