Agent Joe was extremely helpful not only helping me in buying this property but I also helping me to find renters , helped me so much during thanksgiving time to set up a time to change the water heater . He personally stayed in the house & waited for the handyman crew to arrive on the day of thanksgiving while I was out of town !!!! I highly recommend this Agent & this company to anyone that consider to buy or sell or just as a landlord . The amount of caring & responsibilities I received was beyond my expectations.
