Agent Joe was extremely helpful not only helping me in buying this property but I also helping me to find renters , helped me so much during thanksgiving time to set up a time to change the water heater . He personally stayed in the house & waited for the handyman crew to arrive on the day of thanksgiving while I was out of town !!!! I highly recommend this Agent & this company to anyone that consider to buy or sell or just as a landlord . The amount of caring & responsibilities I received was beyond my expectations.

Joe Christiansen did an outstanding job in finding and locating the perfect home. He was patient, thorough, open minded and persistant in finding the home is a very tight market of inventory. He was on top of everything and managed every facet of the selection, offer, purchase, loan, inspection and post purchase status. Joe was successful in guiding me to put in an offer that was accepted....quite an accomplishment since there were 4 other offers that were tendered, yet ours was accepted. I know the difference was Joe working with the selling real estate agent to accept my offer.
