I was looking to sell my home and buy a new one and I was referred to Kevin. Kevin brought a full team who was able to help us prepare our home to sell and we were able to sell it for a lot more than we expected. While we were also going through the home selling process, Kevin helped us look for a new home as well. His professionalism and expertise helped us get the home below the asking price and he helped with timing the move between both houses. I say that Kevin treats us like family because even though we finished the process, he still checks in to see how we are doing with the house and with life in general. It’s a great feeling to know that it isn’t just a business relationship when you’re working with Kevin and I would recommend him to anyone looking for an awesome realtor/friend.
