I have used Sandy (and Rich) for the purchase and sale of several homes. Sandy is very responsive and can show me a house on a moments notice. She walks me through all of the paperwork which I find daunting. When selling one house that had been occupied by renters, she helped me with the selection of new flooring, paint colors, faucets, etc. She has become a good friend over the years!
